W. Robert Knapik

Rob has been the principal of the Law Office of W. Robert Knapik for 23 years. He has  represented clients in the general practice of law, with a particular emphasis on commercial and residential real estate development, land use, and conveyancing. He has represented buyers, sellers, developers, and financial institutions in all aspects of real estate acquisitions, financing, development, permitting, construction, leasing and sales. He also has represented litigants in civil litigation.

Further, Mr. Knapik has experience representing clients in disputes related to land use and environmental matters before appeal courts, trial courts and administrative bodies including but not limited to the Department of Environmental Protection and the Housing Appeals Committee within the Department of Housing and Community Development.  Mr. Knapik holds state licenses in Real Estate, Law,  Civil Engineering, and Land Surveying.

"Ty" Tariq Fayyad

His expertise in Real Estate Development for over a decade has allowed him to represent client’s best interests utilizing his vigorous negotiation skills and understanding of the best possible and/or potential use of a property; ultimately maximizing profitability for his clients. His extensive background in leasing, acquisitions, consulting, land development, permitting, and construction is fundamental when pricing, listing and negotiating properties. Ty is a licensed professional in real estate, construction, and hoisting engineering. His expertise is recognized by local municipalities as he donates his time in the public sector by being an active member on the local zoning board of appeals as well as planning board where he resides.
